I understand unexpected events happen and I'm happy to reschedule our appointment with advance notice.  However, my office policy does require a fee if you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time. I really don't like charging cancellation fees, so please contact me as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.  Thank you for your understanding!
